This lunar new year without my ah gong (grand father) somehow makes me feel sorrow..so to cheer myself up, I went to the flower nursery at Thomson the weekend before the new year.
There were sooooo many plants to choose from..if only I have a big yard. But sorry, I'm only staying in a typical 4-room HDB.. :(
So finally, I picked this one at $23.90 to add a little color to my house.
On the eve of lunar new year, it's tradition to have a reunion dinner at my grand mother's. Although grand father is no longer with us, we still have grand mother, uncle and my dear cousin!

We no longer into steamboat already...we order tze char! Yum!
For supper, we had cupcakes! I was so dumb last time that I thought I have to buy 12 cupcakes, so I've never bought any from them. Thanks to my cousin, I finally get to eat 1! It is quite soft, moist and not sweet at all.
Time flies, the 2nd day of lunar new year has ended. 1 more day and we have to go back to work...sigh....Nevermind! We still have a Valentine's day to pamper yourself! Single or not, we must find a way to celebrate!
